“Success Mindset Coach.”

I have a B.S In Psychology and Life Coaching (Cum Laude) and I am certified in a myriad of traditional as well as Complementary & Integrative modalities to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs and learn to live successful, rewarding, and meaningful lives!

My passion is to help individuals transition from striving or merely surviving to

“Do you feel like something is missing from your life?”

“Do you experience frequent stress and anxiety?”

“Do you frequently find yourself saying yes when you should be saying no?“

Do you feel lonely and disconnected within your relationships?”

“Do you feel insecure and purposeless?”

The Journey to Authentic Living Difference?

It’s not just about what I do, but how I do what I do. I learned the best approach with individual clients is to use both conventional and non-conventional approaches to helping my clients focus on their authentic self. To understand the authentic self requires not just skill, but art. We come into this world with familial and societal conditions put upon us, including the emotional pain, trauma and neglect that at times we may suffer. We don’t always know how to cope or understand what is happening, thus creating unhealthy coping mechanisms to survive. My approach is to get to the root of the problem in order for the authentic self to emerge and this process is different for everyone. To achieve personal excellence is never a one-size fits all and my unique approach to the journey is more effective because c it’s simple, easy to apply and consistently produces positive results.

It’s absolutely important to me to establish a co-creative relationship with my client, meaning that together we resolve the problems or issues to be addressed. As a coach, I facilitate the client to go deeper into their process by what I have come to recognize as listening to the “language of the subconscious” Sandra Rojo™

I’m here to help people redesign their life.…it’s about providing long lasting lifestyle changes.

Addicted to Victimhood?

Image by Pinterest A good friend and colleague that I have known for over a decade contacted me and asked me to read a recent Google review she had received from a one-time client.  My colleague was stunned and perplexed by what this person wrote. And as I read the review myself, I understood why. The client’s review lacked any real constructive criticism and was highly accusatory and abusive to the point of...

Persistence and Commitment

"Jump" Pinterest Einstein wrote, "The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know". Einstein's quote applies to all aspects of life and one aspect I’ve been applying his quote is towards healing myself. Because through the years and as I age, I non-judgmentally realize that there is always an aspect for all of us to heal, some nuance of an issue to resolve or some trigger to be reviewed. Like...
